OFFICIAL RULES
1. BEING AS THIS CONTEST IS BASED ON ACCOMPLISHMENT RATHER THAN ON ANY CHANCE, CERTAIN LAWS AND REGULATIONS SUCH AS THAT OF "NO PURCHASE NECESSARY" SHALL NOT APPLY. IT IS ASSUMED THAT EVERY ACTIVE MEMBER IN Wakeupnow™ ENJOYS THE SAME POTENTIAL OF WINNING ANY OR ALL OF THE PRIZES OFFERED IN THE COMPETITION AS ANY FELLOW MISSION MARKETER. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. Eligibility.
Participant must be an Active Member and Qualified Representative of Wakeupnow.
An Active Member is one who is current on their $50 monthly membership.
A Qualified Representative is a member of Wakeupnow™ who has found two people who have purchased from them a Wakeupnow™ Freedom Now Pack and become an Active Member of Wakeupnow™. In the event that one of the team members should cease to remain active, the Qualified Representative must finish the contest with all requirements for team building and growth as given herein met, by further personal enrollments or assistance to enrollees in order to maintain the required qualifications. Note: In the event of any discrepancy between the above definition of a Qualified Representative and that given in the official Policies & Procedures, Terms & Conditions, or Marketing Plan of Wakeupnow™ , the official document(s) shall control.
3. Contest Period. The Contest will begin at 12:01 a.m. (MST) on Friday, December 25th, 2009, and end at Midnight (MST), May 31st, 2010.
4. How To Enter. The entry period will begin at 12:01a.m. (MST) Friday, December 25th, 2009, and end at Midnight (MST), May 31st, 2010 (the "Entry Period").
You must already be a Qualified Representative to register.
The maximum number of entries is one per Wakeupnow™ account. Wakeupnow™ will not be responsible for incomplete, illegible entries, or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Wakeupnow™. In the event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the Wakeupnow™ membership account from which they were sent. For these purposes, a Wakeupnow™ membership account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such Wakeupnow™ membership account by Wakeupnow™.
5. Qualifications. On or about, June 1st, 2010, Wakeupnow™ will assess the data compiled during the competition to determine how many personally sponsored teams that became qualified and remained qualified during the competition were enrolled by each registered participant. In order for the personally sponsored and qualified team to be valid, the Active Members must have been sponsored after the beginning of the competition. Members sponsored into Wakeupnow™ membership prior to the starting date of the competition will not count in the total for purposes of this contest. The number of personally sponsored, qualified teams that were formed during the competition and remained qualified until the end of the competition will determine which Team Building Bonanza Team you are on and the corresponding award for your efforts. Wakeupnow™ reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any participant in this Bonanza if, within the twelve months following the close of the competition and the awarding of the prizes, a sufficient number of the individuals sponsored into any participant's junior organization for purposes of this contest cease to continue as active members of Wakeupnow™ , and each participant, by registering, agrees to be bound by this rule, and to make Wakeupnow™ whole financially for any loss incurred by the awarding of the prize(s), administration of the problem, and all costs and fees associated with prosecution of the same, including reasonable attorney fees. This is to prevent anyone from fraudulently qualifying for a prize by enrolling people with the intent that their membership is temporary.

- Become a Qualified Representative
- Personally helped five people, who they personally sponsored after successful registration in the competition, to qualify and remain qualified.
- Must have an additional 20 Active Members in levels one through three of their Qualification Structure who became Active Members after the beginning of the Contest.
Limit: One per Wakeupnow™ Membership

Qualifications:
Any Qualified Representative who has:
- Remained Active as a Wakeupnow™ member

- Personally helped 15 people, who they personally sponsored after successful registration in the competition, to qualify and remain qualified.
- Must have an additional 60 Active Members in levels one through three of their Qualification Structure who became Active Members after the beginning of the Contest.

7. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winners will be notified via the email address provided on winner's registered account. Return of prize notification as undeliverable or a winner's failure to claim the prize may result in disqualification. To claim the Team Driver prize, the winner must personally attend one of the launch events for the company and/or visit the offices of Wakeupnow™ (3507 North University Ave, Suite 200, Provo UT) between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. within five (30) days after the announcement of the winner. The winner must present a valid photo ID in order to claim the prize.
Winners may disclaim their right to receive prizes. Prizes are additive, meaning that by qualifying for any prize, you automatically will have qualified for, and will received, all lesser prizes herein. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions are allowed by winner.
Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Wakeupnow™ reserves the right to substitute alternate prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility certifying that the entrant's submission is legally acceptable, and that they perpetrated no fraud in the contest activities, with all attendant promises, and also a liability and publicity release, both of which must be returned within ten (10) days of date of receipt of the prize. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release within ten (10) days, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner's disqualification, and the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner's consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Wakeupnow™.
8. Participation. By participating, contestants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Wakeupnow™. Wakeupnow™ reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by Wakeupnow™. In the event the Contest is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Wakeupnow™ which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Wakeupnow™ reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Wakeupnow™ reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.
9. Copyright. By entering the Contest, each contestant grants to Wakeupnow™ an exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right and license to publish, print, edit or otherwise use the contestant's information, in whole or in part, for any purpose and in any manner or media (including, without limitation, the Internet) throughout the world in perpetuity, and to license others to do so, all without limitation or further compensation. Each contestant further agrees that if they earn a prize from Wakeupnow™ in this competition, he/she will sign any additional license or release that Wakeupnow™ may require.
10. Construction and Severability. These Rules shall be construed under the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, and venue for disputes shall be deemed proper in Utah County, Utah. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
11. The Wakeupnow™ "Team Builder Bonanza" Contest is conducted under the sole and absolute control and discretion of Wakeupnow™. The decisions of Wakeupnow™regarding the winners and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. Wakeupnow™will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Contest.
